The mirrors are similar to film screens featuring images which will never be the same.
The fascinating kaleidoscope of Light, Air and Water generates a philosophic experience as well as an aesthetic one: mirror versus image, reality versus reflection, past-present-future…
On both banks of the river Scheldt mirror constructions were built: a mirror wall on the right bank, a mirror tower on the left, in interaction with one-another, in interaction with the air, the light, the city, the water.

De spiegels worden als het ware filmschermen waarop nooit eenzelfde beeld wordt geprojecteerd.
Het fascinerende caleidoscopisch spel van licht, lucht en water genereert naast esthetische ook een filosofische ervaring: beeld- spiegelbeeld, werkelijkheidsreflectie, verleden-heden-toekomst. Aan beide Schelde-oevers staan spiegelconstructies: 1 spiegelwand op de rechteroever, 1 spiegeltoren op de linkeroever, in wisselwerking met elkaar, met de lucht, het licht de stad en het water.		 Les miroirs se transforment en écrans de cinéma, ne montrant jamais la même scène.
Le jeu fascinant et kaléidoscopique de la lumière, de l’air et de l’eau génère à la fois une expérience esthétique et philosophique : image, reflet, réflexion de la réalité, passé-présent-futur.
Sur les deux rives de l’Escaut se trouvent des constructions-miroirs : en interaction 
individuelle : une paroi-miroir sur la rive droite ; une tour-miroir sur la rive gauche les deux en interaction avec l’air, la lumière, la ville et l’eau.
